Good Corporate Governance
is a system available to all stakeholders to report any form of irregularities that occur in the Raharja Energi Cepu environment. Reports can be submitted via email and telephone to the Raharja Energi Cepu Compliance Unit. The confidentiality of the reporter's identity will be guaranteed by Raharja Energi Cepu to protect the reporter from any pressure that may occur.
If the reported party is proven to have committed a violation, Raharja Energi Cepu will impose sanctions in the form of reprimands, warnings, suspensions, dismissals, and legal proceedings. Sanctions also apply to the reporter if proven to have provided a fictitious report.

Raharja Energi Cepu's commitment to implementing GCG comprehensively is realized by complying with GCG principles and applicable regulations and laws.
In order to achieve effective GCG implementation, Raharja Energi Cepu has a GCG structure consisting of three main organs, namely the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors. Each of these organs has a mechanism in accordance with Raharja Energi Cepu's policies and guidelines.
