RATU Finalizes 2025 Financial Results and Announces a Dividend of Rp45 per Share at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (IDX: RATU) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) today at the Thamrin Nine Ballroom in Jakarta. All five agenda items were approved by the shareholders, including the adoption of the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year and the approval of a cash dividend distribution.

Shareholders approved the Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2025 fiscal year, which received an unqualified audit opinion. The Company reported net income of USD 15.2 million, an 8.9% increase from the previous year, despite a 14.6% decline in revenue to USD 49.3 million due to lower production volumes and oil prices. Cost efficiency was key—COGS fell 29%, allowing Adjusted EBITDA to grow 2.0% to USD 30.8 million with a margin above 62%. On the balance sheet side, total assets strengthened to USD 76.0 million with equity of USD 56.6 million and a healthy DER ratio at 0.30x.

As a show of appreciation to shareholders, the AGM approved a cash dividend distribution of USD 7,030,580, equivalent to Rp122,177,421,000 (at an exchange rate of Rp17,378 as of May 4, 2026), or Rp45 per share. This distribution reflects the Company’s commitment to delivering consistent returns while maintaining room for future growth. Operationally, the Cepu Block recorded an average production of 151,000 BOPD with remaining 2P reserves of 296 MMBO, while the Jabung Block recorded an average production of 49,700 BOEPD with 2P reserves of 243 MMBOE. These two blocks form the backbone of the Company’s performance and serve as the foundation for expansion that will continue to be pursued in the near future.
