Whistleblowing System
Raharja Energi Cepu has established a systematic Whistleblowing System to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a system available to all stakeholders to report any form of irregularities that occur within the Raharja Energi Cepu environment. Reports can be submitted via email and telephone to the Raharja Energi Cepu Compliance Unit. The confidentiality of the reporter's identity will be guaranteed by Raharja Energi Cepu to protect the reporter from any pressure that may occur.
If the reported party is proven to have committed a violation, Raharja Energi Cepu will impose sanctions in the form of reprimands, warnings, suspensions, dismissals, and legal proceedings. Sanctions also apply to reporters if they are proven to have provided fictitious reports.
